The Zuma Dream House is a luxurious and modern European-style villa located on a hilltop only 5 minutes by car from the famous beach village of Montezuma. Surrounded by lush gardens and an incredible mountain view, The Zuma Dream House offers the ultimate in Montezuma luxury and privacy. The master bedroom on the top level has a distant ocean view from the room’s covered balcony. The Zuma Dream House consists of three floors with the main Villa situated at entry level of the property grounds and a private studio apartment at the lowest level accessed by a private outdoor staircase. Expensive tile lines all of the main floors of the Villa from bottom to top and the bathrooms all have a pebble flooring which is a nice touch on the feet. The main floor of the Villa opens to a hallway where a large office is located, as well as, a common bathroom. The hall ends to the staircase which leads to the two bedrooms upstairs. A fully equipped separate apartment studio with full bath and kitchen is located on the lowest floor and can easily be used as a rental unit.
