Casa Zen is a wonderful sanctuary tucked above the Los Cedros beach high on a mountain perch. The floor plan is spacious, offering a very large living room and kitchen area that opens up to a large covered patio with ocean views. The two bedrooms are tucked in the west side of the house and a lovely indoor/ outdoor bathroom faces south. One does not need AC as there are so many windows in the house that allow cross ventilation. Lovely gardens surround the property and there is still room for an additional cabina or two. The property is serviced by public water and resides alongside a public road, so it has a mixed zoning of residential and commercial. The popular Los Cedros beach- a surf spot destination with a left hand break is just a 2 minute drive down the hill!
